Verus Engineering Brake Master Cylinder Brace - Honda Civic Type R FK8

The Honda Civic Type R suffers from a common issue in streetcars, brake master cylinder flex. This is due to the thin sheet metal in the firewall flexing while pressing on the brake pedal.  While on track, this leads to a vague feeling in the brake pedal. Verus Engineering developed this kit to fix the issue by dramatically reducing this movement.

This is a great addition to your CTR if you track the car or want an improved brake pedal feel. They saw a reduction in deflection of ~76% with the use of this brace compared to OEM.

The units are produced in house on Verus' 5-axis CNC machines in Indianapolis, IN. The units are bright dip anodized, laser engraved in house, and proudly made in the USA.

Disclaimer: This product currently only fits with Left Hand Drive models.

Also fits  manual 10th Gen Civic models.

Anodized parts can potentially fade over time due to engine bay heat.
